Use of the Scandinavian wellness area is NOT included in the basic spa entrance tickets! A wellness supplement ticket must be purchased for its use.
Night bathing is only possible with a special ticket for the occasion!
The validity period of spa and wellness passes is uniformly 3 months from the date of purchase.
Pass validity cannot be extended!
Our passes are not personal and allow entry for multiple persons at the same time.
During training matches and water polo tournaments, the gallery ticket holders, valid spa ticket or pass holders may attend according to the current announcements.
| Discounted entry rules apply for pool closure lasting approximately 2 hours due to training: For a 3-hour ticket, all-day entry is allowed if the sports pool is unavailable for at least 1 hour. | For all-day sports events: Swimming pass holders get 3 hours stay or extension of the pass for the number of event days. 3-hour tickets allow all-day stay. All-day passes get extended for the number of event days regardless of entry time. |
During sports events, guests without a gallery ticket may use other spa services except the swimming pool.
At certain times, closed training sessions occur in the fitness room and swimming pool.
During maintenance periods, pools may not be available alternately.

Please kindly leave the pool area 30 minutes before closing time!
Please note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory in the swimming and teaching pools!
